· Expansion:
Expansion of Medicaid to 133% FPL would be a 22% increase over current enrollment.
· Process:
The governor has expressed concerns over the cost expanding Medicaid and the state legislature has demonstrated opposition to the ACA.
State Activity:
· Pennsylvania was one of the states to sue for repeal of the ACA.
