The AAHIVM Credentialing fee applies to ALL applicants, including new, renewing and expired/recertifying providers.  The fee applies to both AAHIVM Members and non-members. 

Payment Types Accepted
The Academy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, money orders, or checks.  Credit card payments are automatically processed when applying online.  The online application process should be utilized even when paying by check (select the appropriate option when applying, and then mail a check to AAHIVM Credentialing, 1705 DeSales Street NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC, 20036).

Electronic Payment Receipts

An emailed payment receipt will be provided for online payments.

Late Fee

The normal application window runs from April 15 – June 30, 2016.

Applications received between July 1 - July 11 will be processed with a $25 late surcharge.

Under NO circumstances will any applications be accepted after July 11th!


The fee is refundable if an applicant is determined to be ineligible for the exam or if s/he withdraws from taking the exam before the start of the testing period.  The fee is not refundable if an applicant is approved to take the exam but does not pass on one or two attempts, or fails to "submit" an exam once exam access is provided.
