Please go online to CME University at: www.cmeuniversity.com and register or login (takes less than 1 minute). Once logged on, follow these steps:

  1. Type in “12883” at the top of the page, “Find Post-Test/Evaluation by Course”, click enter
  2. Click on activity title when it appears
  3. Choose the type of credit you would like
  4. Complete the posttest with a passing score of 75% or better
  5. Complete online Evaluation
  6. Receive an immediate CME Certificate to download and/or print for your files

Upon completion of the online Evaluation form, you will have immediate access to a certificate of attendance to print or save for your files.
